The ATF Trike can be used with your hang glider, but the best performance across all flight conditions will be achieved with our new Solairus lightweight trike wing.
The new strutted Solairus is a double-surface wing with a state-of-the-art airfoil, and is great for cross-country flying, short-field take-offs, and has excellent handling.
The ATF Trike comes with an instrument pod including RPM and CHT gauges, and ample space for any other instrumentation you choose to include.
The ATF folds down in minutes to fit into a small space for storage or transport.
The ATF will fold down to a package as small as 4.5' long by 2' wide and 2.4' high. Standard folded length is 6.5'.
Rugged steel front forks with elastomer suspension springs provide safety and reliable steering for good landings.
The forks also feature heel supports and can accomodate a large 12" tire for rough-field landings.
The ATF Soaring Trike connects to your hang glider using a very simple mounting block and collars.

The ATF Soaring Trike (ATF = Air Time Fix) adds power to your hang glider so you can climb to the thermals and power-off for lightweight trike soaring! You can use your hang glider with the ATF Trike, or use our specially-designed Solairus wing which has been built specifically for lightweight trikes, with a state-of-the-art airfoil design. The new strutted, double surface Solairus wing provides best performance for cross-country, has a great sink rate and slow-speed handling, and is best for short-field take-offs. No mountain, no problem!
Imagine! Ascend effortlessly up to cloudbase. Shut the engine off and soar in silence with the birds all afternoon. When the lift gets light, pull the overhead starter and fly back to your flying field.
